How do Zelvune credits work?
Credits are the currency used to generate videos. Each generation consumes credits based on the model, duration, resolution, and mode you choose. The generator shows the estimated cost before you start.
Why use Zelvune instead of subscribing to each model separately?
Zelvune brings Seedance, Kling, Veo, Grok Imagine, Hailuo, and other leading video models into one workflow. You can compare models, keep one credit balance, and avoid juggling separate accounts and billing.
Can I generate both text-to-video and image-to-video?
Yes. Use Text to Video for prompt-only creation, or Image to Video when you want a reference frame, product image, character, or style guide to drive the result.
Is Zelvune free to try?
Yes. New users receive free credits to test the core workflow before choosing a paid plan or credit pack.
Do credits expire?
Subscription credits refresh each billing cycle and remain available while your plan is active. One-time credit packs are valid for one year from purchase.
What happens if I run out of credits?
You can upgrade your subscription or buy a one-time credit pack. Your projects and generated videos stay in your account.
What if a generation fails?
Failed generations refund credits automatically. You can retry the prompt, switch models, or reduce the duration if a model returns an error.
Can I use generated videos commercially?
Yes. Paid plans and paid credit packs include commercial usage rights for the videos you generate.
Will my videos have a watermark?
No. Zelvune does not add watermarks to generated videos.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription from billing settings at any time and keep access until the end of the current billing period.
