Terms of Service
Zelvune service, payment, cancellation and consumer rights terms.

About These Terms
Zelvune Team operates the service at zelvune.com. Contact support@zelvune.com. Zelvune Team is our public team name; it does not replace legal merchant identity information required by payment providers or applicable law. These terms apply together with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
Service and Accounts
Zelvune provides AI image and video generation. AI outputs can vary and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for your inputs, permissions to use them, and reviewing outputs before use. Keep your credentials secure and notify support of unauthorized access. We may change the service with reasonable notice where possible; changes do not remove remedies for a purchase we fail to fulfill.
Acceptable Use
Do not violate applicable law, infringe others' rights, access systems without permission, distribute harmful content, or disrupt the service. Do not use stolen payment methods, fabricate refund or dispute evidence, obtain duplicate reimbursement for the same loss, or use multiple accounts to evade payment restrictions. A good-faith refund request or bank dispute is not itself abuse.
Payment and Renewal Authorization
Before each new purchase, we show the purchase total, currency, credits, validity and billing interval and ask for your agreement. Any applicable tax or checkout discount is shown before final payment confirmation. Annual plans charge the full annual total upfront; a monthly equivalent is a comparison, not a monthly payment option. Credits for the selected billing period are issued together after payment, not in monthly installments on annual plans. Subscription credits expire at the paid period's end; one-time packs are valid for the displayed number of days.
For a subscription, you authorize recurring charges at the disclosed amount and interval until cancellation. One-time packs do not renew. Material price or renewal changes require advance notice and any authorization required by law. You are responsible for accurate billing details and an authorized payment method.
Cancellation
Cancel in Settings → Billing before the next renewal, or contact support if the control is unavailable. Cancellation stops future renewal and normally preserves the current paid period. Cancellation, account deletion and a cash refund are different actions; contact support before account deletion if you need billing help. Cancellation does not itself refund the current period or unused credits.
Delivery and Refunds
A generation is delivered when it completes successfully and the result is accessible to you. Not downloading an accessible result does not mean it was unused. A success status alone is insufficient if the result cannot be accessed; contact support so we can restore delivery or assess an appropriate remedy.
Personal reasons normally do not qualify for cash refunds, including changing your mind, choosing a clearly disclosed plan by mistake, forgetting to cancel, lacking time to use the service, unused credits, not downloading results, or subjective dissatisfaction with an otherwise delivered AI result. We offer no unconditional satisfaction or general seven-day no-reason refund guarantee.
Failed generations return the charged credits to their original purchase source; this is not a cash refund or a new purchase and does not extend expiration or remove payment restrictions. Our Refund Policy explains eligible exceptions and proportional adjustments. Billing errors, duplicate charges, charges after effective cancellation, non-delivery, service defects, unauthorized payments and mandatory legal remedies remain eligible for review.
Refund and Dispute Adjustments
A full cash refund removes that order's remaining credits, including credits returned from failed tasks, and corresponding paid benefits. A partial refund restricts ceil(purchased credits × successful refund amount ÷ actual payment amount) credits, capped to that purchase; it does not create debt against unrelated purchases. We explain the amount and affected benefits when approving a refund.
During a payment dispute, we may restrict the disputed purchase's credits in proportion to the disputed amount and temporarily suspend benefits attached to that purchase. A favorable resolution restores still-valid rights, subject to separate successful refunds. A partial dispute loss restricts only the corresponding share and does not automatically end the remaining paid benefits. Refunds and disputes for the same amount are not counted twice. A full reversal of the current paid period stops future renewal where safely attributable; old-period adjustments do not cancel a newer valid paid period.
We may apply proportionate restrictions for evidenced abuse, with a support review path. We do not automatically ban users, impose penalties, or require withdrawal of a bank dispute merely for exercising rights. Tell support about reimbursements already received so the same loss is not paid twice.
Consumer Rights
Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights, including applicable withdrawal, conformity, repair, replacement, price reduction, refund, or payment-dispute rights. Merely accepting these terms does not establish a valid waiver of a digital-content withdrawal right; any required express consent, acknowledgment, confirmation and other legal conditions must separately be satisfied. You may seek relief from competent courts, regulators or payment providers. No invented governing jurisdiction or mandatory arbitration is imposed here.
Intellectual Property and Liability
The service's original software and design are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Rights in your inputs remain yours or their respective owners'. Review the selected plan and third-party rights before using outputs commercially. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss; this does not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and Existing Purchases
We post updated versions and give appropriate notice of material changes. New restrictions do not retroactively remove rights attached to existing purchases, including applicable prior refund eligibility. Existing subscriptions retain prior purchase protections unless a change is lawfully made with required notice and consent. Contact support for the policy applicable to an older order.
